Get rid of acne by cutting out "hot foods".

Being born in the age of internet, I always trusted internet more than my grandma.I mean, Who believes in the 100 year old myths when you have science?  Well I was wrong to do so. I've been suffering from acne since i was 17 years old(Now 20). Sometimes they are hardly noticeable, While on others , I can't bear to look at my face. I've tried everything from cutting out dairy items, switching between piles of face-washes, and of course the anti-acne creams. But all to vain.
I look at my skin that had all these privileges and then I look at my mother's. How did she keep her skin looking so soft and glowy without all these equipments we have access to nowadays. She says she has never applied any skin care product other than a hand soap to her face.*narrows eyes*
Now back to the point, A month ago , I decided to actually use her advice and here is what happened. My acne have reduced from a stage of "cant bear to touch my face" to "I wish they would fade a little more".
                        She told me to a
void using "Hot foods" because they cause acne. You must be wondering, what are the hot foods.Hot foods don't have anything to do with their temperature.

Indians/Pakistanis classify their food as "hot" and "cool".Both these terms have nothing to do with the temperature.
Hot foods include:
1-Eggs
2-Nuts
3-warm milk
4-Honey
5.dill seeds
and many others. I'd love to give you a detailed list some other time.
So what I did basically, is I cut these foods off from my diet, (Not completely, but to a certain level), and drank a lot of water, and my acne have noticeably reduced.
This is my acne position right now.I'll continue using this diet, but this time, I'll keep you guys updated about my skin condition.
If you try out the same diet, or have some ideas about this, please comment below.

I've been using kids shampoo for 2 years and the results are amazing.

We all get dazzled by the shiny hair advertised in the beauty commercials and are forced to buy the expensive fancy looking bottles of hair products because we assume that this is the only way.I used to think just the same way. Before we start let me remind you all that I'm a 20 year old adult woman.  I used pantene's shampoos and conditioners most of my life. Don't get me wrong, my hair used to look great after using that. I would condition my hair after every wash. My hair were shiny and super silky. But every time I  would forget using conditioner,my hair would look very weird (some of my hair had really curly almost wrinkly texture). I also got a lot of grey hair in the result.                        That got me worried so I started researching the issue. Turns out, most of the shampoos and conditioners contain silicon which coats your hair, makes them look like they're very silky and smooth but doesn't help the...

MUA Make Up Academy EyeShadow Palette- Dusk Till Dawn Review

A few weeks ago, my brother's wedding was coming up and I was confused about which makeup look should I go for. Desi weddings call for flashy super shimmery makeup and I didn't have any good quality shimmery eyeshadow in my stash. That got me involved in the hunt of cheap but good eyeshadow palette that can get me through the wedding season. After a lot of search, I found this palette named "Dusk Till Dawn by MUA (Makeup Academy Professional). I must say, I wasn't much from it as it is pretty cheap. It cost me about $7 in Pakistan.  Color pigmentation:  I'm not an expert of shimmery makeup, but I really like the amount of shimmer this product contains. The pigmentation is good. The best thing about this product is that its shimmer doesn't fall all over my face(It's my biggest pet peeve).I've swatched the shades on my arms, so you can see clearly, how they look on the skin. How long do they last: Without using an eye primer, the eye shad...
